• Zaid was very professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire rental process. He made everything smooth and stress-free, answered all of our questions, and was always available whenever we needed assistance. • I’d like to extend this positive review due to an discussion with Zaid Shaaban, who displayed the utmost professionalism. Although we didn’t move ahead with the purchase, his advice, market knowledge, and genuine approach is exactly what I seek. All the best and look forward to further engagements.

• Zaid Shaaban has shown me a different mindset of what other brokers think. Instead of just selling and getting his commission, he has become a financial advisor who can back up his claims with numbers and prove his credibility and ownership. I would like to inform the management team that you have a company resource who is adding a lot of value to Fam Properties. Great job, Zaid!

• I had a really good experience with Zeid. I stopped by his office to check out some real estate options, and he was super helpful from the start. He took the time to walk me through different choices, explain things clearly, and answer all my questions. He’s very kind, easy to talk to, and genuinely wants to help—not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. You can tell he knows what he’s doing, and he made the whole experience feel smooth and stress-free. Definitely recommend him if you’re looking for someone reliable and easy to work with ¿

• I recently attended a property viewing with your agent, Zaid Shaaban, and I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for his professionalism and expertise. Having viewed many apartments across Dubai, I have often encountered situations where agents arrive unprepared or are unable to answer detailed questions about the property. This was not the case with Zaid. He was extremely polite, well-informed, and able to address all of my queries thoroughly, which made the viewing experience both smooth and reassuring. I genuinely felt that I was in capable hands throughout the process. While the apartment itself was unfortunately not the right fit for my needs, it was nonetheless a pleasure dealing with such a knowledgeable and professional agent. Thank you for your time, and I commend you for having a representative of such high standard.
