• I had a great experience working with Mrs. Smitha Thonse. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand my requirements and guided me through different property options with clear and honest advice. Her insights into the market were very helpful, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciated her professionalism and genuine willingness to help. Highly recommend Mrs. Smitha Thonse to anyone looking for a trustworthy real estate agent.

• Hi. Recently I had a fabulous experience with Fam Properties. I had listed my property in Palm Shoreline for rent with them. And I had the good fortune of having their agent Smitha handling our apartment's rental. Anyone looking to rent out their apartment or villa in the Palm, I would highly recommend this agent. She's extremely efficient, pro active and very responsive. Everything was handled by her smoothly, she honestly deserves 5 star rating. Thank you Smitha.

• I had a fantastic experience working with Smitha. From the very beginning, she was professional, attentive, and highly knowledgeable about the market. She made the entire rental process seamless, guiding me through every step with clear communication and genuine care. What impressed me most was her responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Thank you Smitha!

• Hi there, my name is Henry Asiimwe. I work as a Security Officer at The Golden Mile Galleria2 where the Fam Properties Office on the Palm is located. I have interacted quite severally with Fam Properties staff and they're a great team. I would like however to give the 5stars to the Information Desk that has Betty and Smitha. My engagement with these two has always had a satisfactory old-school touch... something I like. I always learn something from them whenever I come around. Fam Properties should have you both for keeps, forever. Cheers
