• Very helpful team (Marie, Adil & Moe), always there to help throughout the rental process, making it very smooth for the customers

• Big thanks to the fam Properties, and especially to Omar Albraich and Mohammed Taheri for helping me find my new apartment! They were friendly, helpful and always quick to answer my questions. They made the whole process, including the move, feel easy and pleasant. Really appreciate your help, guys!

• I had an outstanding experience working with Omar Albraich and Mohammed Taherirashti throughout my move into Luma 22, and I honestly couldn't have asked for better support. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. They guided me through every step, answered all of my questions with patience, and paid close attention to even the smallest details that many people would normally overlook. What impressed me the most was their commitment to following up, ensuring that every concern was addressed, and making sure I was completely satisfied before, during, and even after the handover. Their communication was excellent, and it was clear that they truly care about providing exceptional customer service rather than simply completing a transaction. Moving into a new home can often be overwhelming, but thanks to Omar and Mohammed, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. Their professionalism, honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. I highly recommend both Omar Albraich and Mohammed Taherirashti to anyone looking for dedicated, trustworthy, and knowledgeable professionals. They are a real credit to the team at Fam Properties. I was honestly starting to think they had cloned themselves because every time I had a question, one of them already had the answer before I finished asking it. If moving homes always came with this level of service, people would probably relocate for fun. Thank you both for making what is usually one of life's most stressful experiences feel effortless. Wishing you both continued success. You truly deserve it!
