• As a U.S. investor, I was honestly nervous about buying property abroad and wanted someone I could truly trust — and meeting Borislav ended up being the best part of the process. From the very beginning, he treated me not just like another client, but like someone whose goals and concerns genuinely mattered to him. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me choose an apartment in a new development that fit both my investment goals and personal preferences perfectly. What really stood out to me was how patient, knowledgeable, and honest he was throughout the process. He explained everything clearly, never pressured me, and always made me feel comfortable asking questions. You can tell Borislav truly cares about what he does and about the people he works with. He has a great eye for opportunities, understands the market extremely well, and somehow makes a stressful process feel easy and exciting. I’m incredibly grateful for his help and support, and I would confidently recommend him to anyone looking to invest in real estate or purchase a property. Truly an amazing experience working with him.

• We were invited by fäm Properties to attend the sales presentation for MAG 777, and the experience was highly professional from start to finish. Borislav was the consultant handling our visit, and his level of market knowledge immediately stood out. He clearly explained the project’s concept, payment plan, ROI potential, and positioning within the Dubai market. Most importantly, he quickly understood our investment criteria and focused only on options that aligned with our strategy. There was no pressure, just transparent information, solid numbers, and practical guidance. His professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the entire presentation efficient and valuable. If you’re looking at MAG 777 from an investment perspective, Borislav is someone you can rely on for informed and strategic advice.
