Deyaar of Dubai has launched the AED1.1 billion Mar Casa seaside project. The 52-story Mar Casa coastal property will offer views of the ocean and Dubai's skyline. The residential skyscraper will be conveniently connected to the ancient city, DIFC, Jumeirah, and Downtown due to its position.
