نبذة Reehan

The Old Town is a mixture of low-rise three-storey apartment buildings and mid-rise towers with penthouses, and offers a counterpoint to the sharply modern style of most of Burj Dubai, the heart of emerging Downtown district. The Old Town Dubai is split into six different districts: Yansoon, Reehan, Miska, Zaafaran, Zanzabeel, or Kamoon.

Each of the Old Town communities offer the ultimate in convenience and service retail facilities, with unique architectural interior design features. One has the ambience of an open traditional souq, with tight twisted lanes and shaded walkways, leading to a main double central court. The other has open public spaces, malls, courts, domes and arches, and a wide selection of restaurants and nightlife. 

Each community has its own amenities building with fitness areas for aerobics, squash, and swimming; outdoor green areas for children's play and barbequing; a mini theatre, juice bar, lounge area and sun decks; and boutique and luxury hotels – all adding to the character of life of The Old Town. It offers a variety of one, two, three and four bedroom suites, as well as penthouse suites, in three distinct building styles. Between the typical low-rise buildings, some homes offers a spacious private rooftop terrace and garden, with unique views across the neighbourhood.
