Pier 8 is a 40-story residential structure on Dubai Marina's man-made coastline. From the 38th to the 39th level, it offers hundreds of apartments ranging from studios to one and two bedroom apartments, as well as three bedroom townhouses and penthouses.

Each apartment's interiors were meticulously planned and finished with high-quality materials from reputable vendors such as Salvarani Kitchens, Duravit Appliances, Hansgrohe Bathroom Accessories, Fontana Arte Lighting, and Floor Gres Wall and Floor Finishing.

Furthermore, the hold composition makes use of an intriguing play of spaces and volumes, distinguishing it from the other towers as a dynamic and expressive signature structure. The site's prominent placement on the marina waterfront inspired the form's characteristic nautical aspects.
