Sarvenaz Baradaran

Sarvenaz was really helpful and made the process of finding a new house very smooth and easy. She is a 10/10

I recently purchased an off-plan unit in MAG 330 with Sarvenaz Baradaran, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She is incredibly patient, detail-oriented, and truly dedicated to finding the best match for her clients’ requirements. Sarvenaz guided us through every step of the process, ensuring we understood all the details and options available. She even accompanied us to the site for a visit, giving us a clear vision of our future investment. What truly sets her apart is her commitment even after the purchase—she negotiated and secured a great discount for us from the developer, which was a fantastic bonus! Her professionalism, market knowledge, and client-first approach make her an outstanding realtor. We would definitely choose to work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled real estate expert in Dubai!

Sarvenaz at Fam Properties was extremely professional, consistently helpful and unfailingly proactive, and helped us to navigate a complicated process. I would happily recommend her to anyone who seeks authentic service that gives owners, buyers, sellers and tenants alike true satisfaction and peace of mind.

I dealt with an agent Sarvenaz Baradaran who helped us to buy an apartment, Sarvenaz was so professional and kind and made sure all went well from the start till we complete the purchase. I highly recommend dealing with her.
