• I worked with Jad Abdallah to secure a flat at Upside Living, Business Bay, and the standard of service was exceptional. In a market that often lacks structure and professionalism, Jad operates at a completely different level. His market knowledge, responsiveness, and execution were precise from the initial viewing through to final handover. Every step was handled with clarity, efficiency, and commercial intelligence. What truly differentiates him is his composure and control of the process — calm, strategic, and detail-oriented without ever being transactional. The experience felt deliberate and well-managed rather than rushed or opportunistic. For anyone seeking representation in Dubai at a genuinely high professional standard, Jad sits comfortably in the top tier of the industry.
