• Alberto is One of the best brokers you will ever come across, he handles queries very patiently and shares resolution at rapid pace, kudos to Alberto..!!

• Thanks to Alberto Husamo of fäm, this is possibly one of the most straightforward service we’ve ever with no headaches. Personality and hospitality from his end is great so we really thank him for that.

• It was great experience with Alberto. Even after closing the deal, he was amazing, very helpful and supportive. He was different from other agents and high level of customer service and honesty. Absolutely, if I want to buy or rent any property in future I’ll come back to Fam with Alberto👍👌

• I had a great experience with fäm Properties, and I would especially like to thank Alberto for his outstanding support throughout the entire process. Alberto was extremely professional, helpful, responsive and transparent from the beginning. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions clearly, and made the whole process smooth and straightforward. What I appreciated most was his patience, honesty and willingness to help at every stage, from viewing and negotiation all the way through to finalizing the tenancy. He was always available whenever I needed clarification or support. Highly recommended, and a special thanks to Alberto for the excellent service and professionalism. It was genuinely a pleasure dealing with him.

• Although I didn’t end up completing the transaction due to personal reasons completely unrelated to Alberto, I still wanted to take a moment to share my experience. From the very first viewing to the follow-up throughout the process, Alberto was incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. What really stood out to me, though, was his integrity and the quality of the person behind the agent. I always felt that he was honest, transparent, and truly focused on helping me rather than simply making a deal. Even though the transaction didn’t happen this time, I would absolutely reach out to Alberto again when the right opportunity comes along. Thank you again, Alberto, for your professionalism, your time, and most importantly, for being a great person to deal with. I really appreciated it!

• Alberto Husamo was the most professional estate agent we have encountered in Dubai. He was well informed and genuine, we didn’t end up doing business together as we found another property elsewhere, but would recommend him to anyone hoping to find a home in Dubai
