Residential City

A 715 hectare development project called Residential City provides middle-class families with high-end housing. It is situated in the northeastern section of Dubai World Central. Being a component of the latter, it has a somewhat triangular view. One of these is the obvious drawback of residing close to a place of employment. Second, the availability of end users ensures the housing demand; third, affordability and compatibility with particular target groups are crucial considerations.

The project will employ about 20,000 individuals and be able to house a few hundred thousand people. The Peripheral Road, which circles Al Maktoum International Airport, is idealy connected to it, giving all of the residents convenient access to other DWC components and the nearby developments.

Staff Village will be a desirable living environment in gorgeous surroundings with easy access to necessary warehouses, buildings, and offices thanks to its open spaces, restaurants, community facilities, stores, service centers, and recreational and sporting activities. Employers in the urban aviation master community will be able to save transportation costs for their workforces by using the Staff Village, a gated neighborhood with easy access to DWC's other components.

Along its major spine, Residential City offers a variety of services. There will also be three five-star hotels, four-star and three-star buildings, shopping malls, and an office and hotel zone.
