• Omar was my realtor. He was extremely supportive throughout, especially once the contract was signed and he had essentially done his side of the deal. He responded quickly to messages and went out of his way to come and help in person whenever he could (including dropping off the keys on a Thursday night at a random location). I highly recommend him - he lived up to what he promised and was genuinely a nice person to interact with.

• I had a really good experience with FAM Properties, and I want to specifically mention Mr. Umar Otabashi for how efficiently he handled everything. He managed to secure a lease for my property much faster than I expected and the entire process felt straightforward without any unnecessary back-and-forth. What stood out most was how easy it was to coordinate with him. He stayed on top of every detail, kept me updated and made sure things moved along without delays.
