• Everyone who lives in Dubai knows how difficult it is to deal with agents here who do very little for tenants and buyers and just want to push quickly for commission. So you can imagine what an absolute breath of fresh air it is when you deal with an agent that actually is looking out for your best interest and absolutely not trying to rush you into anything for the sake of closing a deal. On our rent for apartment hunting in different areas three different agents from fam stood out compared to any others and it was so comfortable dealing with them. He negotiated rates for us and when one became unavailable as we almost closed the deal he quickly jumped in, somehow found us an alternative and locked in an even better deal for us even with the terms we wanted to negotiate with the landlord.
