Things to consider about Fella
In its favour
- Several schools within 3 km.
Worth checking
- Few sales each year, so a resale can take longer and prices move on a handful of deals.
- The nearest running metro station is 6.5 km away, so a car helps.
- Still being built: the handover date can move, and the price is paid in stages before you get the keys.
