Affection plan is an official site plan that includes the layout and dimensions. In case it is a plot, then the affection plan is issued by Dubai Municipality and obtained by the property developer or owner. In case it is a villa or apartment, then the affection plan is prepared by the developer and must be approved by Dubai Land Department.
