• I was assisted by agent Sumana. The service was very good up until the purchase; professional, responsive, and helpful. Unfortunately, the post-sale support was extremely disappointing. After the deal was closed, my requests were mostly ignored, to the point that it felt like complete ghosting. I even had to take a flight and handle some issues with the developer in person. A frustrating experience, especially given the high expectations set during the initial phase.
