• Working with Khalid Abdulhadi was honestly a great experience. He’s professional, sharp, and very easy to deal with. He stays on top of everything, communicates clearly, and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. What I liked most is how smooth he makes the whole process feel. • I was renting an apartment with agent Khalid Abdul-Hadi. He lied that for rent I need to make Al Ansari transfer, and didn’t want to mention that contract wasn’t signed by the owner yet. I ended up paying in managers cheque and 2 days before move in date he says that landlord will not sign the contract. I had to go through so much trouble and stress because of this incompetent person. And if I transferred the payment (1 cheque, aka full yearly payment plus security deposit), as he was pushing me to I would have had huge financial losses as well. It was the worst experience I’d ever had with any real estate agency.

• Just bought an apartment through Fam Properties and had an amazing experience with Khaled Alaa and Khaled Abdul Hadi. They were super helpful, always available, and really knew their stuff. They made the whole process so much easier than I expected,no pressure, just honest advice and solid support from start to finish. I’m really happy with how everything went and love my new place. Definitely recommend working with them if you’re looking for a place in Dubai.
