• I had a very positive experience dealing with Gusti Putu Kurniawan, Property Adviser at fäm Properties. From the beginning, Gusti was professional, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process. He explained all the details clearly, including the rental terms, payment procedures, required documents, and any additional costs, so there were no surprises. What I appreciated most was his attention to client safety and proper documentation. Every payment and transaction was handled professionally, with the necessary confirmation and proof provided. He also made sure that I understood the process before proceeding with any payment or signing any documents. Gusti was always available to answer my questions and followed up on everything until the process was completed smoothly. He was respectful, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure the client felt comfortable and protected. I would definitely recommend Gusti Putu Kurniawan to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy property adviser in Dubai. Thank you, Gusti, for your excellent service and support throughout the process.

• Great experience from start to finish! The agent helped us find the right apartment and was very attentive throughout the entire process. Throughout the entire process, he was helpful and consultative, and most importantly, he was always in touch. It was important to us that the move was stress-free, and in the end, everything was truly easy and comfortable. We love the apartment, and we're also happy with the neighborhood; we spent a long time choosing. Thank you for your help and friendly attitude.

• (Translated by Google) Thank you, agent Gusti, for helping us with our rental! We rented an apartment in Al Furjan through him. I would say this is the best service from an agent I've ever had in Dubai. Everything was incredibly fast and clear. He always responded to all my messages and questions. He calmly explained all the complexities to me. Because all this moving is really stressful for me. He found us an apartment that's truly perfect for our family—he's not just renting you out randomly. He actually cares about you, like many agents do, just trying to sell you something and forget about it. Thank you for your professionalism, speed, and comfort, as well as your positive attitude.

He assisted me from day one through the entire move-in process, and even after that, he continued to check in and ensure everything went smoothly. His support, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the entire process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend him—he’s truly an asset to his company. I was transferred from Japan for work and found finding a new place to live very difficult. Many agents were unresponsive; properties didn't match the photos, some were already fully occupied and I was shown other properties, and many were simply unresponsive. Gusti, however, was incredibly helpful, responding quickly to everything and assisting me with all the necessary documents. He is a trustworthy and valuable agent whom I would recommend to colleagues and friends in the future. I am truly grateful for his perfect service.
