Dubai's Emaar Beachfront apartments to be designed by Elie Saab

Lebanese fashion designer Elie Saab has joined forces with Emaar Properties on a new, branded tower, Grand Bleu Tower, in residential community Emaar Beachfront.

Saab will design an exclusive collection of one-to-four-bedroom luxury residences that combines Elie Saab’s Haute Couture savoir-faire and Emaar’s design prowess.

With its rare the Palm Jumeirah-facing views and architecture evoking Miami’s Art Deco, the tower is inspired by the designer's aesthetic and is set to offer an exclusive collection of one-to-four-luxury residences - one to three-bedroom residences and four-bedroom penthouses - which is set to evoke an impeccable sense of quality, splendour and sophistication along with exceptional views of Dubai's spectacular skyline.

At the 10 million square feet Emaar Beachfront nestled between Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) and Palm Jumeirah, homebuyers will have access to a range of leisure, dining and entertainment attractions, offering top-notch amenities along with private beach access and entry to multiple nearby parks.

Other projects at Emaar Beachfront include Sunrise Bay Dubai, a premium twin tower of 26 storeys, Marina Vista, the first residences at the entry point to the island and nearest to Dubai Marina, and Beach Vista Dubai, a state-of-the-art apartment building comprising two stately towers and the first estate to be launched at the community located in the vibrant Dubai Marina.

The Grand Bleu Tower will be 1.5km away from the pristine beach and is in exceptional location: 25 minutes to Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Airport, 45 minutes Al Maktoum International Airport and 5 minutes to Dubai Marina as well as seamless access to Sheikh Zayed Road.

The globally-recognized designer started making dresses when he was just 9 years old and opened his first atelier at age 17. He went on to dress influential and renowned celebrities like Meryl Streep, Queen Rania of Jordan, Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Lopez, and Halle Berry.

The tower is set to redefine private island living. Elie Saab’s furniture collection is available for private purchase.
