Modelled on the success of the iconic development “The Sustainable City”, the first fully sustainable community in Sharjah pursues the goal of creating another world-class happy and sustainable community in the MENA region, in line with the UAE government’s vision. 

Located in Sharjah’s Um Fannain area, the development has 1,120 villas, grouped in multiple residential clusters comprising of three, four and five bedroom stunning villas, connected to an urban farm, of which runs the entire length of the city and features solar-powered bio-domes.

It is designed to create a sense of community feel with all services and facilities provided such as health clinics, sustainability curriculum school, swimming pools, sustainability experience centre, mosque and prayer rooms, community hall and more.
