My stay started on February 18th - Oven broken from the beginning repaired on March 1( start 18February) - Fire alarm for no reason (not fixed - no solution given) - 3 days of cold water (reported after one day, then was told turn on the switch, after the question came where the switch was then (switch was on all the time)- no answer - after 3 days on vacation cold shower was then believed and the whole thing was fixed on the 4th day - Drains stink in the bathrooms (reported on February 22, not solved) - no reasonable materials to clean the apartment (vacuum cleaner, mop, rancid pans) - a caretaker who answers when he wants to - Problem solving via 3-4x reports with different people - empty promise to keep people stalling - every day you have to explain yourself, take extra time to solve the problems, time constraints due to poor management of the company
