Very unprofessional developers

Hello everyone, I m staying in confident Lancaster and my experience is horrible, builders promised that all the amenities will be ready before July end and it’s October now and it’s still not ready. They didn’t even have shaded parking. All false promises and still you have to pay for the amenities because it’s their in contract. Construction is bad and still it’s going on in building plus maintenance is very poor. Builders won’t tell you everything in detail. So pls before signing your contract read it twice. Very unprofessional ppl. Better not to associate with them if you have a chance. Thank you
