• We had a smooth experience finding a house in Dubai with Fam. Especially Zeinab Amin from Fam, she’s well informed, super responsive, took the time to understand our specific requirements and went above and beyond. Her kindness and respectful attitude made it a pleasure to work with her during this process. We recommend Fam because of the fantastic experience we had with Zeinab. We have been in Dubai a long time and having had moved houses more than a few times, we have definitely felt like it always helps to work with thorough professionals. Zeinab was crystal clear in all communication, no hidden or grey areas, she provided ample support to us, answered all our questions about the move, made the paperwork smooth and quick, always returned calls and messages and ensured we were taken care of throughout the process. We were originally working with a few agents who were showing us homes in Arabian Ranches 3 and Villanova. But it was Zeinab’s demeanor, Honesty and genuine care that led to us eventually working exclusively with her and we are happy we did cause she found us the perfect home in Villanova. If you’re looking for a home in Villanova, Zeinab’s the person’s for the job! Moving houses is a difficult process and we are glad we found a professional to house hunt with - it makes a big difference.

• Maya Albeik and Zainab are both highly motivated and dedicated agents at Fam.

• By far the best experience I’ve felt with an agent in the last 7 years, I had zero hope in finding an honest agent who has proper work ethic, Zeinab nayef Amin thank you for going the extra mile and ensuring that everything was perfect for myself and family , during the maintenance she was there making sure the house was spotless, any questions or support I needed she was there right away , God bless you Zainab and definitely when purchasing our home soon I will only work with you.

• Hussein here, I've been a tenant for the last few years, delt with many realtors where their focus was collecting the commissions and thats about it, Mohmad Aftab has not only tried to collect his commission but tried to play smart and collect commission both from my end and the developer of Vezul properties. If the management is reading this, please teach your team how to work with ethics, trust me it cost zero to teach someone how to be a human being and work with ethics and do his job with honesty, The building is full of construction till today where myself and wife cannot even sleep due to the noise and Mohamad made it sound like we wont hear anything no noise and it will be gone within a few weeks, If lying will make you collect your commissions, I honestly feel bad for you and your disgusting management. He made me write a good review on April 26th before handing over the keys in order for his management too see it part of his monthly progress , well here is my review and I hope you enjoy it.

• Zeinab Amin was a very professional and punctual person who i dealt with from Fam properties I highly recommend dealing with here

• I have been dealing with Fam for a long time and they are always my number one choice. I just had a house in Arabella 1 rented out by Zeinab Amin from FAM. Basically Zeinab managed to get my house rented in the first day of listing the property with FAM. Zainab was very professional and understood my requirement and managed to get me the rent that I was asking for by finding immediately the right client. Also since I have no time to take the cheque from tenant to get it deposited in my account, Zeinab has done that part for me on expense of her day off to provide top notch service and build a strong relationship with me. FAM properties have the best trained Real Estate agents and the strongest infrastructure to provide best service for any kind of a Real Estate deal. FAM Properties is highly recommended for any landlord or tenant. Thank you Zeinab Amin and thank you FAM properties for continuing to provide top notch service everytime.

• I worked with Zeinab Amin in fäm properties to rent out my Townhouse in Villanova and I was very impressed with their professionalism, communication, and efficiency. Within a short time, they secured a booking and managed everything smoothly. I highly recommend them to any property owner looking for a reliable and proactive agent.
