• A MASSIVE Thank you to Zahid Javaid ! I'm also a real estate agent however, Zahid Javaid helped us source our New Home in Damac Lagoons - he negotiated a great price and even after we paid his commission he has been NON STOP in helping us set up utilities, Development Access, Cleaners and everything we need to know about the development. Even when we message him at 10PM at night he replies instantly and helps Immediately - HE HAS NO EXCUSES ! From someone who worked in real estate 13 years myself i honestly cannot fault his work i can only praise it ! we need more agents like Zahid in our industry! Thank you so much !

• We had a really nice experience with fam properties. From viewing to handover, every step was smooth and transparent. I would like to mention Zahid Javaid from fam, who assisted us with the transaction and explained everything in great detail. He was always reachable and demonstrated deep knowledge of the community and the entire process. He is in contact, even after move in, to make sure that everything is working and there are no compliants. Great customer service!

• Excellent agency, worked with agent Zahid Javaid who made it easy to find the right property and helped make the move process very smooth.

• I would like to Thank Zahid Javaid for his professionalism and dedication in helping me find a suitable tenant. It was such a privilege dealing with him, I had literally close to no follow ups from my end for any updates on the progress of the tenancy. His guidance made the process very smooth and assuring. Zahid managed to close my deal in less than a week which is very commendable given the summer break. He took care of everything from the start! Even with the little details on the works to be done, to help find contractors was done with so much of detail. I would highly recommend Fam properties and their services for all your real-estate needs. Professional , transparent and guaranteed returns! Thanks a lot Zahid!
