I have been dealing with FAM properties mainly with Mr. Tasawar Iqbal for the past 3.5 years. Mr. Iqbal helped to identity a tenant for my one bedroom apartment in Queue Point in November 2014 and signed a contract. The tenant, unfortunately, whom I never met, lived in the apartment for 3 years and vacated this month to move into a two bedroom. During these 3 years Mr. Iqbal was having a close rapport with me from time to time to maintain the relationship. Luckily he was very successful to get a new tenant for my apartment from 1st December 2017 and arranged to do the maintenance work efficiently within the short span of time. Mr. Iqbal has a very good team to work with and more than the friendly manner he handle the transactions very professionally. I have never experienced any adverse incident at all and am very happy to deal with him. He is a very good asset to FAM properties.
