Shahzaib was very helpful, transparent, and proactive in handling the property-related matters, while Karen did an excellent job with the conveyancing process and made sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. They were always available to answer questions, provide updates, and guide me through each step. • We moved to Discovery Gardens, Building 205 a month ago. Before moving in, we raised several maintenance issues, and although we were assured they would be resolved, unfortunately nothing was addressed. After following up again, Shahzaib personally stepped in and supported us. He arranged for someone to fix the bathroom water tap, and he is currently making efforts to resolve the kitchen cabinet issue as well. Among the team at Fam Properties, Shahzaib has been the only person who has genuinely helped us. We truly appreciate his dedication and are very happy to give him our best review.

He promptly shared relevant property details and patiently addressed all our initial queries as we were new to Dubai. Although we experienced a few teething issues at the start of our stay, Shahzaib was always available and proactive in helping to resolve them. I would recommend him for any property-related transactions.
