I had a great experience dealing with Razwan. My first impression of his calmness and politeness made me feel he was the guy who would find me the place I would call home. Razwan has great communication skills, high negotiation skills, and a professional background in properties. Razwan was with me during the entire move-in journey and helped in facilitating my registration process with Dewa, chiller, gas, and the building management system. As a newcomer to Dubai, I felt quite comfortable dealing with Razwan. His professionalism combined with polite and humble support has really helped me. For me, Razwan will be the forever go-to for any future property consultation. My last comment: everyone in FAM must learn how to not lose a client, not just by professionalism, but also with great manners and behavior.
