Rizwan Tariq

• I had a great experience dealing with Razwan. My first impression of his calmness and politeness made me feel he was the guy who would find me the place I would call home. Razwan has great communication skills, high negotiation skills, and a professional background in properties. Razwan was with me during the entire move-in journey and helped in facilitating my registration process with Dewa, chiller, gas, and the building management system. As a newcomer to Dubai, I felt quite comfortable dealing with Razwan. His professionalism combined with polite and humble support has really helped me. For me, Razwan will be the forever go-to for any future property consultation. My last comment: everyone in FAM must learn how to not lose a client, not just by professionalism, but also with great manners and behavior.

• "One of the best experiences I’ve had while searching for a property. Rizwan Tariq helped me find an apartment for rent that met all my requirements. They went above and beyond by assisting with price negotiations and making the lease process smooth and transparent. A true professional—responsive, reliable, and always puts the client's interests first."
