Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The fam Real Estate Team stood out as the best Dubai has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Rami and then met with him at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house, which was located in downtown and in an area with many similar homes would be tough to sell. Rami made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a professional designer come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs, video tours, and a virtual tour taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. We signed the form F/mou 4 days after we put it on the market at 1% under asking price. We accepted and Zara (and Agnes, who was also incredibly friendly and helpful) walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I've recommended Rami and the Fam Properties Real Estate Team to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

I would like to tell about my experience with F?m Properties and especially their agent RAMI WAHOUD. I would say F?m is a good organization and dealing with Rami makes it an excellent one. Been in Dubai's real estate business since 2005, having more than 20 properties. Used to deal with several agents over years having a whole spectrum of results and emotions. Met Rami on 2013 (actually he found me) and never considered to change the agent ever since. He sold my 4 (out of 6) villas and arranged rentals before the sale, managing rental issues for 20 offices I own. He has earned my trust and respect for his approach, knowledge, attitude and professionalism which are by far beyond what I ever expected from the real estate agent. I have issued power of attorney for all my properties on his name in order to simplify and ease sale/rental issues as I live abroad for most of the time and settling of everything requires presence in Dubai. He's backing me up in many ways in solving so very different problems I experienced (mobile telephone document re-registering, payments on my behalf from personal funds in urgent cases or problems with internet banking, arranging letters of vacancy, different personal requests to be solved on my behalf, etc.) not related to real estate issues. It's a huge help he provides to me. He's so busy with many deals (the telephone is ringing very often, happened to see he was having 3-4 telephone calls same time simultaneously each of different problem in different stage in sales/rental process and never seen him upset or lost in such stressful situations), but always very fast and responsive. Always very concentrated. He's very smart, intelligent, motivated, polite, smiling and well dressed. His perfect English and Arabic is so much helpful in every situation in this business in Dubai. He's available almost any time regardless whether it's business hours or leisure time, working days or holidays. If he worked for APPLE Corp., I have no doubts he would be one of their best salesmen. The way he manages new technologies deserves admiration.
