• UNIMPRESSED!!!! Been trying to have our air conditioning serviced, as no one has been in a year, despite our rent having gone up by 10% last year and another 15% this year! Last week water started leaking into the kitchen from the ceiling and has still not been fixed! We have constantly been chasing our agent, who is obviously not taking the matter seriously! Feeling FRUSTRATED in Mada Resisences!!!!

• Absolutely terrible services of the Property Management team at Fam Properties. As a tenant living in one of the properties Managed by Fam Properties over the last 5 years, we have seen their service levels being deteriorated from bad to worse. Despite raising service requests through the Fam Fix It app for major maintenance work, repeated phone call follow ups and formal emails complaining the water leakage in the ceiling, the issue still remains a nightmare at our Mirdiff Villa, for almost a month now. A complain has been raised over 25 days back. It took Fam Properties 7 days to allocate a team to inspect, another 7 days to receive the quotation from the vendors and now for the last 2 weeks they have been saying that the vendor quotations are approved and Management needs to release payments to the vendor to carry out the repair work. While Mr. Dinraj has been assuring over the last 20 days that work will be done, Ms. Mariam has not even bothered to reply to the formal email. Equally poor was the service of the call centre staff Mark when requested to connect the call to Mariam. Anyone looking to rent a hassle free home in Dubai should stay away from Fam.
