I recently sold my property in Mudon through Pravin Dayalani of FAM Properties. I have been in Dubai for almost two decades and have been through many transactions over these years. We engaged FAM to sell our house and it was for the first time I met a Property Advisor who was actually advising on how to go about things. The whole market pitch was done in a very professional manner and the property was listed on all key portals with 48 hours with high priority listing. The buyers were screened for their purchasing power, seriousness and only the ones meeting our timeline were allowed viewing. We had agreed on a target price at the beginning and Within 12 days we had three soft offers and within another day we signed the deal. Both me and the buyer had mortgage and Pravin visited the Banks and Dubai Properties office and kept a regular follow up. The whole deal was closed within 3 weeks of signing. Pravin was closely following up on the developments and kept the buyer and me updated with the progress. He was hands on with the procedures and requirements of the transfer which actually saved me the time and money. I’m extremely happy with the way the whole deal was managed. So far the sale has been the highest value sale in the community for the my type of villa.
