Melika Zamanian, born in 1994 in Mashhad, Iran, is a Medical Doctor (MD) with seven years of medical education at Mashhad University of Medical Sciences and six published scientific papers. She spent three years working in underprivileged areas and was actively involved in volunteer work during the COVID-19 period, reflecting a strong commitment to helping others. Real estate and investment have always been part of her background. Her family business has over 30 years of experience in gold trading, real estate investment, and construction, and she has been involved from an early age, contributing to key investment decisions. She entered Dubai’s real estate market around two years ago, working for about a year with an Iranian-focused company, where she achieved strong results and built a solid foundation in the market. Over the past few months, she joined fäm Properties to grow in a more international environment and is now focused on working with clients from different nationalities and expanding her presence in the global real estate market.
