Laith Aiman Shawkat Ghusheh

Where Laith works

• Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT)

• I have had a very good experience shifting from old unit to the new one with FAM properties and Laith has been going above and beyond helping me with even the older unit which isn’t even managed by FAM which I'm very thankful for. They even followed up with me on regular basis to ensure the transition was as smooth as possible

• Laith Ghusheh is probably the best Real Estate agent in Fam Properties . After having met more than 100+ agents, I was lucky to meet him during the handover process of my property at Olivo Park. Laith combines his deep knowledge of the market, with excellent client management skills, and prioritizes a human approach. I hope this is not our first transaction together and looking forward to working together again

• I’ve consistently had a great experience working with fäm Properties, and their hands-on approach truly stands out. A special mention to Laith Ghusheh, who has once again helped me successfully close a deal on a property in Dubai. His professionalism, responsiveness, and strong understanding of the market make the entire process smooth and efficient. I appreciate his continued support and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and committed real estate broker.

• I had an exceptional experience working with Laith, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Throughout the entire process (especially during the transfer phase) Laith demonstrated an incredible level of patience, understanding, and professionalism. What truly sets him apart is not just his expertise, but the genuine ethics and integrity he brings to his work. It’s rare to come across someone who operates with such a good heart and sincere intention to help. He went above and beyond his role, supporting me on multiple levels to ensure that the transfer was as smooth and stress-free as possible. Even during some of the more challenging moments I was personally going through, Laith remained a constant source of positivity and reassurance. His energy, attitude, and dedication made a real difference. For me, he is truly the best agent you could ever have. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, committed, and genuinely invested in your best outcome, Laith is the person to go to.

• Lot of people failed to rent my apartment in JVT but Laith did it. Thanks Man
