• Had a great experience working with selling my property with Jean Selwan and Lexy. Everything was professionally managed. And since I wasn't in Dubai, they had to handle documents needed from Sobha, the developer. Would highly recommend working with them. For a smooth transaction.

• Jean Selwan at FAM has been extremely professional from the start until the end. He went above and beyond to make sure that the process of renting my apartment went smoothly and he even helped where he didn’t necessarily had to. Will definitely continue recommending him to everyone around me. Thanks you.

• I had an outstanding experience purchasing my apartment in Dubai, and I couldn’t have asked for better support throughout the entire process. From our very first conversation until the final transfer, the team was professional, transparent, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions. Buying property can be stressful, especially as an investment, but they made every step smooth and straightforward. What impressed me most was their honesty, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to helping me find the right property rather than simply making a sale. Their guidance, responsiveness, and negotiation skills gave me complete confidence in my decision. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Jean Selwan, Michel Wehbe and Lexy for their exceptional dedication and professionalism. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled perfectly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to invest or purchase property in Dubai. Working with them has been an absolute pleasure, and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

• Great and quick service from Jean highly recommended!

• Jean Selwan thank you for all your support through what is quite a complex process - your guidance made it much easier to manage. I have dealt with other agents but Jean has a very different approach which i appreciated - straight talking and articulate. He is incredibly knowledgable and was able to provide solutions and answers to questions I had. Despite the time difference, he was extremely responsive and kept me updated throughout the process. I have no reservations in recommending Jean to others - he is proactive and undoubtedly committed to his clients. A thank you to his colleague Lexy who was also very efficient and on hand to support.
