My overall experience with Iman El Sinnawi was excellent. I’ve had not so good experiences with agents in Dubai regarding rental units, lack of communication and responsiveness being the two biggest issues. However, with Iman, I contacted her well in advance of my moving date (months in advance) and she recommended apartment buildings within my desired area that fit my budget and requirements. She then said she’d contact me closer to my moving month to follow up with options, she followed up in a timely manner and offered me very good choices. I then firmed the apartment I’d wanted and Iman commenced the process, she made it very simple, explained everything that I needed to do in depth and even gave me introductions about the Dubai property market and what to be careful of as a tenant and in future as a buyer. Iman showed me the apartment and kindly dropped me back to the hotel I was staying at. She then arranged to meet to give me the keys and she even took time out of her day to show me the latest projects within Dubai Hills at the Emaar Dubai Hills Sales Pavillion which was very kind of her and was much appreciated. In summary Iman is a great agent, she is very passionate about her work and is also very knowledgable. She has very good communication skills and makes sure everything is easy for you as a client.
