Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness I worked with an agent named Ilya who was extremely responsive to my needs from minute one. He stood out immediately. I didn’t need to worry about whether the info he provided was reliable or recent, he helped me as if I was the only client searching on the palm. Ilya was also very keen to listen to our exact specifications to the search, what we liked, what we preferred and what to avoid. He was quick to identifying the right property to pursue and was extremely patient (and especially sensitive) to both the seller, tenants and us in terms of finding a suitable time for virtual viewing. To establish such an open and helpful communication channel all through virtual platforms is another plus for the agency. To be frank he found us the perfect property but we didn’t complete the deal due to our reservations about investment in UAE as a whole. We are however confident that we will be sure to use Ilya’s help again once we see some improvements in the market. I would definitely work with Fam again for Dubai!
