Husam Eddin Tlimat

Where Husam works

• Downtown Dubai

• I found Husam Tolimat through an app and later realized he works with Fam Properties and honestly, he exceeded expectations. From finding the right property to managing the entire rental process, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Every issue was followed up and resolved quickly ,no excuses, no delays. Throughout the whole process, he was right there, guiding me step by step with patience and making everything feel easy. Professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely reliable ,which is rare. If you want things done properly and without stress, Husam is the one. Highly recommended ¿

• We've been looking for apartments in Dubai for days, and after several experiences with different agents, I must highly recommend the real estate agents. Nirmala Sumain, from Srilanka Husam Tolimat - from Syria They have been very kind and professional at all times, looking for the best options for us, taking the necessary time for every detail! Thank you
