However, after the contract was signed, her communication became unprofessional, and she began speaking to us as if she were the landlord—deciding what she will or will not accept. We contacted the landlord to verify whether they had authorized her to communicate with us in this manner, and they confirmed that they were not aware of this and had not given her any such permission.
