About Haiman
Haiman Balata has a unique experience, education and passion for Real Estate which has shaped him into a highly effective and versatile individual with a broad range of skills and abilities. Upon completing his MSc in Business Management and securing his first professional role, Haiman quickly demonstrated his potential learning capabilities and work ethics, consequently working his way up three positions in the short space of nine months. He has since gained professional Sales experience in the UK's Oil and Gas, IT and Healthcare industries. His traveling experiences paired with his ability to communicate in four different languages contribute to his abilities and interest in both teamwork and building relationships on an international scale. Haiman realised that his social, organisational and negotiation skills led him to a successful career in Sales but the only thing he was missing was the love and passion for the industry he was working in. He then decided to pack up his life in UK and relocate to to UAE to work in Dubai's real estate industry (an industry he has been passionate about all his life). Now he can proudly say that making his shift to the real estate industry was the best decision he ever made.
