Lena25 Sept 2026 Extremely disappointing and pathetic experience with Fam Properties, particularly with their agent, Haidara saka. Before completing the transaction, he was very keen on asking me to leave a positive Google review. However, once the deal was closed and the agency fees were paid, his attitude and level of service completely changed. He practically disappeared, leaving me without the support and assistance I was promised. It is absolutely unacceptable to be so attentive when securing a deal and collecting commission, only to disappear when the tenant needs assistance. This reflects a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. As a tenant who paid the agency fees in full, I expected at least a reasonable level of support and communication. Instead, I was left feeling completely neglected and misled. Fam Properties, this is not the standard of service tenants should receive. I sincerely regret trusting this agent and would strongly advise future tenants to be cautious, especially before paying agency fees or leaving a positive review. A real estate agent’s responsibility should not end the moment the commission is received.
