• 5 stars — Francis Kollie made a stressful situation effortless We recently rented a 4-bedroom townhouse in Belair, The Trump Estates (DAMAC Hills) through Francis Kollie at Fam Real Estate Broker LLC, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. Our circumstances were not easy. My wife was in Dubai on her own and needed to secure a home quickly, with me supporting from overseas. Francis understood the urgency immediately and took ownership of the whole process. From first viewing to signed tenancy contract took just three days — something I would not have believed possible in the Dubai rental market. What stood out: • Punctuality. Every appointment, call and follow-up happened exactly when he said it would. Not once did we have to chase him. • Communication.
