I recently had the pleasure of working with Faizan when looking for my first home in Dubai. From day 1, Faizan was extremely responsive and we managed to book a viewing very fast. He has a very positive and professional attitude, which made me trust him with all the following procedures. All throughout the negotiations and closing Faizan and Whyona (from the sales progression team) were there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. The whole process was seamless and fast thanks to them. They are very thoughtful, dedicated, friendly and I also had all their assistance with the procedures following the transaction (like Dewa or chiller registration), even if it was not their duty anymore. My wife and I had visited City Walk a couple of times and were very keen to zero in on a place in this locality. That being said, we started approaching building security staff to casually check for vacancies and were redirected to fam properties whose office is bang in the centre of City Walk. From our initial interactions with Faizan Sheikh from fam properties, it became clear that availability was a challenge at the time we were looking. However, Faizan Sheikh was extremely patient in figuring out options despite the low availability and helped us with multiple viewing sessions. His no-nonsense and prompt communication helped build a lot of goodwill and we ended up zeroing in on a property through him. While conversations throughout were pleasant, what added to this was Faizan's continuity of approach even post the sale in helping us with some aspects e.g. Ejari, Aquacool, Options for maid and cook, Internet, Driving License etc. All in all a pleasant experience that we would highly recommend to others.
