• Dany is a real game changer Agent, he gave his everything in order to convince Seller, he did a great job at every stage of this purchase. Me and my family is very happy to work with him, even it wasn’t his job, he assist me throughout every stage, my biggest advice to FAM Properties is, please enhance your work force in Sales Progression team, very straight forward example, with Dany’s excellent effort, we finish the deal in 43 total days, we could even finish this deal with much more effort from sales progression but because of payments to developer Dubai Properties like service charges and mortgage fees, I did them as a bank transfer and this action needs to be reflected by Finance department almost in 7 days but if you pay them directly in their branch it will be reflected directly. At this stage Sales Progression being little bit disconnected from the case and haven’t informed me to do payments individually in Dubai Properties branch but other than that everything was perfect. I already suggest Dany to few of my friends, one of them already signed MOU in La Rosa community and I am 100% sure that Dany will treat them same as me because he is a true Professional in every aspect.
