Charbel Abdallah

I highly recommend Mr. Charbel Abdallah. He is one of the most professional people I have ever encountered, navigated through all obstacles with intelligence, and exhibited true market expertise. Mr. Charbel made my transaction as seamless as possible. He has been very kind and supportive, answering all questions thoroughly. Despite complications beyond his control, I haven’t lost faith for a moment as it is very rare to find such skilled individuals that are able execute and achieve the ideal outcome. When we first met, he promised to hand over the keys to my dream apartment, a promise he has absolutely fulfilled. Highly recommend!

I honestly couldn’t recommend agent Charbel enough! I came to him with what was probably a slightly crazy request: I needed to relocate urgently to another apartment, but specifically within the same building as I couldn’t see myself living anywhere else. He somehow managed to make it happen in less than a month and found me the perfect apartment. What impressed me even more was how efficiently he handled everything afterwards. He helped me navigate all the formalities and paperwork to get everything done in an absolutely incredible amount of time. The whole process could have been extremely confusing, but thanks to him, it felt smooth and manageable… And beyond being extremely professional and efficient, he is genuinely such a wonderful person to deal with. He is incredibly kind, understanding, with a real sense of humanity and always available whenever I had a question or needed help. I really felt that he cared about finding the right solution for me, rather than simply completing a transaction. Thank you so much for all your help and for going above and beyond! I’m truly grateful and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and genuinely caring real estate agent in Dubai !!!

Bought a studio with Charbel, and he was a pleasure to deal with. Always following up, very pleasant to deal with, very responsive and helpful, and an absolute gentleman. It’s my first time to buy a property in the UAE, and I felt I was in safe hands from the get go!

I had a great experience working with Charbel. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. What I appreciated most was how he handled the negotiation with the property owner and managed to secure a very good price for the flat.

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Charbel. I was searching for a home to rent, and he helped me find my dream home. He is a truly professional and knowledgeable real estate agent. He explained every detail so carefully that it felt like I was buying a property, not just renting one! He supported me through every stage of the contract and continued helping even after everything was completed. Highly recommended!
