• Annemarie Van der Baan is the advisor that took care of me. She was great ; very responsive, very clear and transparent in her presentation of the apartments we visited and in her explanation of the process after I made the decision to rent the unit. She cleared my doubts and helped me feel at ease with the whole process and that’s all I needed. I strongly recommend her.

• I recently rented an apartment at Dubai Creek Harbour, and Annemarie was the agent who handled the process from start to finish. She was professional throughout, responded quickly to every message, and answered every question I had, including the small ones. The onboarding was smooth from the first viewing to the handover, which is not always a given when you are moving into a new city. She made a process that could easily have been stressful feel simple, and she is clearly an asset to the team.

• Had a phenomenal experience with fam properties thanks to the stellar Annemarie, who went above and beyond to ensure that the process was smooth at every step. If you are looking for an agent and agency, choose them ... she's the absolute best!

• We had an incredibly positive experience working with Annemarie. After another agent suddenly couldn’t assist us anymore, Annemarie stepped in quickly and supported us right away. She truly felt like a warm and trustworthy presence, which meant a lot to us as newcomers in Dubai. She responds fast, thinks along with you, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Thanks to her, our accommodation was arranged very quickly and the whole process felt much less stressful. We’re extremely grateful for her help and would definitely recommend her!
