• As soon as I paid the commission and sales progression fee (which you don’t pay to other agencies) I was left without any assistance to deal with the developer in order to get the registration and novation agreement done which was delayed. I was told nothing can be done by Fam and I had to resolve everything myself. When I asked another agent who I know to help me with the issue he managed to resolve after just 1 visit to the developer without me. No one just really was interested to help me at Fam after I paid them
