• Finding an honest agent in Dubai isn’t easy, but working with Alber Thabet from fäm Properties was genuinely a great experience. We did two transactions with him in a new building in Dubai Creek Harbour—renting one apartment and buying another right at handover. Throughout the entire process, Alber was completely reliable. Whenever we had a question or ran into an issue, he replied right away and actually took care of it instead of passing it off. We never felt pressured into anything, which was very important to us. What really earned our respect: even after the contracts were signed and the deals were closed, he stayed just as responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything.
