Vizir Downtown is an advanced hotel serviced apartment project located in Downtown Dubai behind the Fountain Views complex. The 28 storey building is to be developed by DARA Development LLC and designed by Turkish architectural practice Öncüoglu + ACP.
The building will contain 177 apartments, including 56 duplexes. The basement, mezzanine and first and second podium levels will contain parking spaces for 325 cars. On the ground floor, there will be prayer rooms, shops, cafes and the hotel lobby. On the third podium level, there will be a gymnasium, pool deck area, outdoor lounge area and restaurants.
