Orla’s sister project doesn’t get talked about much yet — and honestly, that’s partly because there isn’t much confirmed to talk about. This is worth writing about precisely because of that: knowing the difference between what’s public and what isn’t is part of what you’re paying a specialist for.
The Relationship to Orla
Orla Infinity sits on Palm Jumeirah alongside Orla itself, sharing the same Foster + Partners design lineage — though that architectural credit is inferred from consistency with the sister project rather than separately confirmed on Orla Infinity’s own materials. Think of it as Orla’s quieter companion address: same island, same design DNA, considerably less publicly documented.
What’s Actually Confirmed
Currently in construction, with no publicly confirmed handover date. Reported unit count sits at 20 duplexes — but that figure comes from only two independent sources, which is thin enough that it should be treated as a lead worth confirming directly, not a fact to repeat to a buyer as settled. If the number holds, it would make Orla Infinity the smallest allocation anywhere in the Dorchester Collection Dubai portfolio — which would itself be a meaningful scarcity story, but only once it’s actually verified.
Pricing is on request, with nothing reliable published to reference.
Why This Article Looks Different
Most of what I publish about this portfolio comes from verified sources, direct conversations with Omniyat, or my own transaction experience. Orla Infinity is the exception right now — it’s early enough in its public rollout that the honest answer to most specific questions is “let me confirm that directly.” I’d rather tell you that plainly than fill this page with numbers that sound precise but aren’t reliable.
Where This Leaves You
If ultra-limited allocation within an already-scarce portfolio is what you’re looking for, Orla Infinity is worth watching closely — but it’s not yet at the stage where I’d recommend acting on published specifics. If you’re interested, message me directly and I’ll get you current, confirmed information before you need to make any decision, rather than working from what’s publicly (and thinly) available.
