Hyde Residences Dubai Hills: A New Era of Branded Living in Dubai

 

In a landmark development for Dubai's real estate market, Ennismore, the rapidly expanding lifestyle hospitality group, in collaboration with Evolutions and City View Real Estate Development LLC (City View Developments), has launched Hyde Residences Dubai Hills. This marks the debut of Hyde's branded residences in the GCC and introduces a unique lifestyle concept to Dubai Hills Estate.

Hyde Residences Dubai Hills will feature 246 meticulously designed apartments, including one, two, and three-bedroom units, along with a three-bedroom duplex. These residences promise a retreat-like atmosphere with their bohemian-inspired design and a range of exclusive amenities. Residents will enjoy access to a summer house, a swimming pool, a listening room, a screening room, a playroom, a gym, a library, a pickleball court, and an outdoor cinema with a sunken lounge. Additionally, a restaurant operated by RIKAS Group will be located on the ground floor.

Designed by Bishop Design by Paul Bishop in conjunction with Ennismore’s design team, the Hyde Residences Dubai Hills embodies the brand’s signature bohemian aesthetic, blending the essence of a music festival with the luxury of branded living.

Located in the serene Dubai Hills Estate, the Hyde Residences offer proximity to Dubai Hills Central Park, just a short walk from Dubai Hills Mall, and within a 15-minute drive from key destinations such as Dubai Marina, The Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and Jumeirah Beach.

The grand unveiling event, held at Aretha in St. Regis Gardens Palm on July 25, drew an impressive crowd of over 1,000 brokers, highlighting the project's significance in the real estate landscape.

City View Developments expressed excitement about this new venture, emphasizing their commitment to innovation and excellence.
