In the run-up to the highly-anticipated Expo 2020 in Dubai, Emaar Hospitality, a subsidiary of the emirate’s top property developer, is expanding its offering with five new hotels this year.
With a joint venture between Emaar Properties and another real estate developer Meraas, the upcoming hotel projects will include two under Address Hotels + Resorts collection - Address Fountain Views and Address Sky View-, an additional two under Vida Hotels and Resorts brand - Vida The Hills and Vida Harbour Point -, and a fifth under Rove brand - Rove At The Park.
Emaar Hospitality is the official hotel partner of the Expo 2020 mega-event that will run for six months from October next year.
In the next few months, Emaar Hospitality, which is the official hotel partner of the Expo 2020, will open in Downtown Dubai the 193-room Address Fountain Views and 169-room Address Sky View hotels.
As for the two new Vida hotels, it will be in the new Creek Harbour scheme. This will together add 794 rooms and suites. The Vida Harbour Point will feature 275 rooms, two restaurants, a fitness centre, and five meeting rooms. For Vida The Hills, it will provide 157 rooms and suites, themed restaurants, a pool and a gym.
Lastly, the Rove At The Park hotel, which is expected to feature 579 rooms, is located within theme park destination Dubai Parks and Resorts and is home to three theme parks.
All the hotels have started online booking and the guests’ responses are strong, Emaar Hospitality said.
